Q. How do I use this web site to order services?
A. Browse the site just like you would an online store. If you want to purchase a service from us, just click "Add this to my Marketing Plan!" underneath the listed price. Your Marketing Plan works just like the shopping carts that you're used to seeing when you shop online.
Q. Do I have to order online?
A. No, we are happy to take orders over the phone as well. Call us at 888-538-1466 between 9AM and 6PM EST Monday through Friday and we will be happy to help you. Or you can email us your information and we will call you back within one business day.

Q. Do you use "templates" or "site builders" to design web sites?
A. NEVER. All our design work is completely custom based on what you, the client, want and need. Templates are limiting from a design perspective and no matter how much work is done, a template will never produce a truly unique design.
Q. Will you post the web site to my server when you are finished?
A. Yes, we will post and test your web site on your server. We will also get you a .zip archive of your site that you can use as a backup in case something happens to your server.
Q. I don't have a web server or hosting space. Will you host my web site?
A. Yes, Zero-G Creative now offers affordable hosting plans! We have a basic plan which includes 4000 MB of storage, unlimited email addresses and more. Our e-commerce package comes with everything our standard package does, plus with a dedicated IP address and an installed SSL certificate to facilitate safe and secure transactions.
Q. If I cancel my hosting service will I get a partial refund?
A. No, the hosting service is sold for a 1-year period and no partial refunds are available. We do have a 30-day money back guarantee, however and customers who cancel within the first 30 days of their service will be refunded in full for their hosting. No refunds are available though for additional services included in the e-commerce hosting package (dedicated IP and SSL).
Q. I want to build an e-commerce site but don't have a payment gateway or a merchant account. Can you help?
A. Yes, we are an approved reseller of Authorize.net payment gateways and merchant services. Authorize.net is the industry's most trusted and recognized provider of payment solutions and we are proud to be among their partners. Q. Do I have to use Zero-G Creative's hosting, gateway or merchant services if I want you to design my site?
A. Absolutely not. We are happy to work with any hosting solution that provides adequate support for the work we do on your behalf. If you choose not to use our solutions however, you are responsible for providing your own hosting and (where applicable) SSL certificate, dedicated IP and payment gateway in a timely manner in order to keep your project moving smoothly.
Q. Will you notify me when my hosting service is expiring?
A. Yes, we will notify you via email about 30 days before your service is expiring so you have ample time to renew. If you choose not to renew, your service will be discontinued as of your expiration date unless you cancel sooner. If your service does expire, all your files will be deleted as of the expiration date.
Q. What happens to my files if I cancel my hosting service?
A. We will leave them on the server for a week to give you ample time to remove them, transfer them or back them up. After that time, they will be deleted. We do not move files as part of the hosting service. If you need help setting up your new server, we can charge you hourly for assistance.

Q. What server technologies do you design for/support/recommend?
A. Our basic web sites are written in simple HTML and CSS and so nothing special is required. However, for more advanced features like forms or e-commerce, we only support PHP and we will require that you have a server running PHP version 4.3 or better. For e-commerce sites, we also require MySQL version 4.0 or better.
Q. How many designers will be working on my project?
A. In most cases, only one. Some design companies actually advertise that they put multiple designers on one project, but our strategy is different. Unlike the "shotgun" approach, we feel that we get better results by assigning one designer and taking the time to make sure that they understand your business and what you want to achieve visually and functionally.
Q. What does Search Engine Optimization include?
A. We will research and recommend Meta Tag keywords and descriptions and implement them in the code of your pages, optimize your page titles, submit your site to major search engines and create and upload a "sitemap.xml" file that will help search engines find all the pages in your site.
Q. Can you guarantee that Search Engine Optimization will get me a top ranking on all the search engines?
A. No. Search Engine Optimization is a process by which we organize the content in your web site to make it more accessible and friendly for search engines. Your search rankings will drastically improve over a site that has not been optimized, but it is impossible to guarantee a specific rank on any given search engine.
