Our e-commerce package comes with everything our standard package does, plus with a dedicated IP address and an installed SSL certificate to facilitate safe and secure transactions.
A. No, the hosting service is sold for a 1-year period and no partial refunds are available. We do have a 30-day money back guarantee, however and customers who cancel within the first 30 days of their service will be refunded in full for their hosting. No refunds are available though for additional services included in the e-commerce hosting package (dedicated IP and SSL).

If you choose not to use our solutions however, you are responsible for providing your own hosting and (where applicable) SSL certificate, dedicated IP and payment gateway in a timely manner in order to keep your project moving smoothly.
A. Yes, we will notify you via email about 30 days before your service is expiring so you have ample time to renew. If you choose not to renew, your service will be discontinued as of your expiration date unless you cancel sooner. If your service does expire, all your files will be deleted as of the expiration date.
A. We will leave them on the server for a week to give you ample time to remove them, transfer them or back them up. After that time, they will be deleted. We do not move files as part of the hosting service. If you need help setting up your new server, we can charge you hourly for assistance.
