Q. Do I need to pay extra to get electronic copies of my designs?
A. No. Once your account is paid in full, you have full rights to the work we have done for you and we deliver electronic files at the conclusion of every project. We will usually provide files in jpeg and PDF formats unless the client requests a different format.
Q. Do I have to hire you to reprint my businesses cards, stationery and other materials or can I take it a different printer?
A. After your initial order with us, you can feel free to take your printing business to any vendor you like. We ALWAYS deliver print-ready electronic files when your project is completed.

Q. My startup kit includes several items. How will your prioritize them?
A. We always start with logo design and it MUST be completed before anything else is started. But once that is approved, we can start on your other projects simultaneously or based on your preferences.

Additional charges for a "Rush" on the design work as well as expedited shipping charges for the finished cards will likely apply.
