Startup Kits: What we deliver

Our startup kits can include a variety of services... But no matter how big or complex the project we stand by our satisfaction guarantee and our commitment to making sure that you leave this project with not only your printed pieces in hand, but also the electronic files for every item we worked on for you.

Here is what you can expect to receive:

• A jpeg and a PDF (preferred file format for printers and graphic designers) for your approved logo design
• A jpeg proof and a press-ready PDF for each of your printed materials (business cards, letterheads, sell sheets, etc. where applicable)
• Complimentary printing (shipping may be an additional charge) at the quantities specified for all your printed pieces (if applicable)
• If your kit includes a web site, expect that your site will be posted to your web server; you will also receive a .zip file including all of your HTML files and images for backup purposes

You will receive each set of files as each item in your kit is completed. Electronic files will be sent via email. We will send files for the final piece of your kit as soon as your account is paid in full.
