From the moment you purchase our services, Zero-G Creative is working for you. We have designed this process to ensure that your needs are being met every step of the way and that you will be completely satisfied with the end result.
Every project has three stages: Pre-Design, Design and Delivery.
The first step in the process is all about working with you, the client, to ensure that we understand your goals and expectations before any graphics work is done. Before we do anything else, we will assign you a Virtual Marketing Director who will be responsible for handling your project. We will also set you up on our project management system, Satellite, which will make it easy for you to trade files and communicate with your Virtual Marketing Director and the other members of your team.
Your VIrtual Marketing Director will then send you a Creative Brief in which will help us understand your business and your design goals. Our Virtual Marketing Directors are all seasoned business people and will help you through this key step. Once we understand what you're looking for, we go right into Design.
When you purchase a design package, the description talks about "concepts" and "rounds of revision." For example, if you purchase our standard logo package, you'll see that it comes with 3 unique concepts and 2 rounds of revision. That means that when you get your first round of designs, there will be 3 completely unique ideas presented. We'll ask you to choose one and then we will revise it based on your feedback. That is the first round of revision. If there are still minor tweaks to be made, we will do a second round of revision. The graphic below shows how this works.
If two rounds of revision are not enough, we will keep working until you are satisfied. All design presentations will happen virtually in our Satellite project management system. This is also where you will make comments and give approvals.
If a client purchases multiple design services, either a la carte or as a startup kit, the logo design (if necessary) always takes priority over all other work. All other design will be handled based on your needs and priorities. Click here for more information on project timing.
Once you have approved your design, we will provide you with electronic files for your records (usually jpeg and PDF unless the customer requests something different) and send your files to the printer if your job requires it. Printing usually occurs within 2-3 business days and completed jobs will be shipped to you via UPS Ground.
After your job is complete, you can still feel free to call your Virtual Marketing Director with any questions. If you require any changes to your files, we can bill you on an hourly basis for any modifications.
