Q. How do I use this web site to order services?

A. Browse the site just like you would an online store. If you want to purchase a service from us, just click "Add this to my Marketing Plan!" underneath the listed price. Your Marketing Plan works just like the shopping carts that you're used to seeing when you shop online.


Q. Do I have to order online?

A. No, we are happy to take orders over the phone as well. Call us at 888-538-1466 between 9AM and 6PM EST Monday through Friday and we will be happy to help you. Or you can email us your information and we will call you back within one business day.


Q. I don't see what I'm looking for in this section... Can you help me with other projects like promotional items, trade show booths and banners?

A. We can do virtually anything and everything related to graphic design and other creative services. Call us at 888-538-1466 or email us and we will create a custom estimate for your project.


Q. Do I need to pay extra to get electronic copies of my designs?

A. No. Once your account is paid in full, you have full rights to the work we have done for you and we deliver electronic files at the conclusion of every project. We will usually provide files in jpeg and PDF formats unless you request a different format.


Q. Do I have to hire you to reprint my designs or can I take them to a different printer?

A. After your initial order with us, you can feel free to take your printing business to any vendor you like. We ALWAYS deliver print-ready electronic files when your project is completed.


Q. I have several projects that I need to get done as quickly as possible... Can you work on them all at once?

A. If your project includes a logo design, we MUST complete the logo before anything else is started. But once that is approved, we can work on your other projects simultaneously.


Q. How long does it take to finish a design?

A. Clients will usually see their first round of design within 5 business days. Assuming that the client responds to us quickly with comments and revisions, the entire process can be done in as little as 5-7 business days (or 7-10 business days for brochures and 2-sided sell sheets). Once approved, printed copies will arrive via UPS ground in approximately 5 business days. Expedited shipping options may also be available for an additional cost.


Q. Will I save time by starting several projects at once?

A. Absolutely! For example, if you were to hire us to design your logo, business cards, letterhead and envelopes, we would start by designing your logo and then we could design everything else simultaneously. It could all be done inside of two weeks (assuming timely approvals) and it could all be printed at once. You also save money by starting several projects at once. Q. The design packages come with 2 rounds of revision... What if I need more?

A. Don't worry. With our satisfaction guarantee, we keep working until you are happy.


Q. Do you offer mailing services?

A. Sorry but no, not at this point.


Q. How many designers will be working on my project?

A. In most cases, only one. Some design companies actually advertise that they put multiple designers on one project, but our strategy is different. Unlike the "shotgun" approach, we feel that we get better results by assigning one designer and taking the time to make sure that they understand your business and what you want to achieve visually.
