Brochures & Mailers: What we deliver

We don't believe that a customer should ever have to fight for their files or feel like they are "stuck" with their design firm. When you hire Zero-G Creative for your brochure, sell sheet or mailer project, you will not only get your printed copies at the end of the process, but also your electronic files should you want to take them to a different designer or printer in the future.

Unless a customer has a special request, we generally deliver two electronic versions of the finished artwork:

• A low-res jpeg, which can serve as an easy electronic "proof"
• A press-ready PDF, which is a preferred format for printers and graphic designers

Should you ever want to take your business elsewhere, we strongly recommend that you provide your vendors with BOTH copies.

Our clients receive their electronic files via email as soon as the project is completed and the account has been paid in full.
